제1조 (목적)
본 약관은 SnapSlim(이하 "서비스")의 이용 조건 및 절차, 서비스 제공자와 이용자 간의 권리·의무 및 책임 사항을 규정함을 목적으로 합니다.
제2조 (서비스 설명)
SnapSlim은 이용자의 이미지 파일을 브라우저 내에서 압축·리사이즈·포맷 변환하는 무료 온라인 도구입니다. 모든 이미지 처리는 이용자의 기기(브라우저)에서만 수행되며, 서버로 전송되지 않습니다.
제3조 (이용자 의무)
- 이용자는 타인의 저작권을 침해하는 이미지를 처리하거나 배포해서는 안 됩니다.
- 이용자는 서비스를 불법적인 목적으로 사용해서는 안 됩니다.
- 이용자가 업로드하는 이미지에 대한 모든 책임은 이용자 본인에게 있습니다.
제4조 (서비스 제공자의 면책)
서비스 제공자는 이용자가 서비스를 통해 처리한 이미지의 내용 및 그로 인해 발생하는 법적 문제에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다. 서비스는 "있는 그대로(as-is)" 제공되며, 무중단이나 오류 없는 서비스를 보장하지 않습니다.
제5조 (서비스 변경 및 중단)
서비스 제공자는 사전 통보 없이 서비스의 일부 또는 전부를 변경하거나 중단할 수 있습니다.
제6조 (준거법 및 관할)
본 약관은 대한민국 법률에 따라 해석되며, 서비스 관련 분쟁은 관할 법원에서 해결합니다.

These Terms of Service govern the conditions and procedures for using SnapSlim (the "Service"), and define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the service provider and users.
2. Service Description
SnapSlim is a free online tool that compresses, resizes, and converts image files directly within your browser. All image processing is performed exclusively on your device (browser) and images are never transmitted to any server.
3. User Obligations
- Users must not process or distribute images that infringe on the copyrights of others.
- Users must not use the Service for any illegal purposes.
- Users are solely responsible for all images they upload to the Service.
4. Disclaimer of Liability
The service provider is not responsible for the content of images processed by users through the Service, nor for any legal issues arising therefrom. The Service is provided "as-is" without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation.
5. Service Modifications and Termination
The service provider may modify or discontinue all or part of the Service at any time without prior notice.
6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
